I am in 12th now. Pcmb . I have decided to give iat a try, my 11th concepts are very weak and I'm not planning to go for any tuition. How do y'all say I prepare for it in one year ? Any resources you suggest I buy or is ncert enough?

I am trying to build strength required for running with weight training qbut I'm also on the heavier side. I do long distance running, so need to be rather light. For reference, I am 53.7kg and 149cm
