Is kings flexible at all with their conditions?

I had terrible food poisoning and was hospitalized the morning of both my ib business p1 and p3. While I don't think i did terrible (especially considering I was throwing up throughout the exam) I think I may miss my condition by 1 in point. I've emailed them informing them of what happened along with a letter from my dp coordinators and documentation from the hospital because I think it's better to contact them now. Do you think it'll make any difference?

Has anyone heard back from ucl for PIR recently? Mines still at application received. Also I have seen any burnt bread from this course and while I know most people don't post unsuccessful applications i want to know if they have rejected anyone yet or are they planning of mass rejecting in the coming week.
