Long distance?
I (f18) have recently started seeing (m17). we’ve been seeing each other for like 1 1/2 months. We both like each other and do want a relationship in the future. it was timed pretty poorly tho because we started it towards the end of freshman year which really sucked. we decided we didn’t want to start a relationship and then have summer interrupt us so we haven’t officially started dating or anything nor had a talk of exclusivity. my question is what is the best way to hand long distance? he’s an international student from the UAE. i live in the US. We have an 8 hour time difference. also he is sorta bad at texting. i am too in the sense that i forget to text or answer when i get rlly busy. I’d love for us to last over the summer and get closer and really foster our relationship. I’d like to know tips and tricks to make sure we stay in connect and together and come back to college as a couple. We would see each other again in late august. it also rlly sucks to not have him with me because i like physical touch and realized that it’s gonna be so terrible to not have him next to me or even spend a night with me.
