I went in store on may 2nd to upgrade my phone since my I phone 13 stopped working. The employee told me he would check for any offers available on the iPhone 17e. He came back with two options.
iPhone 17e $15.99 a month for 36 months
iPhone 17e and Apple Watch $15 a month for 36 months
I told him I have no use for the Apple Watch but he said it’s free and bill is cheaper so might as well take it. I ended up taking it and later found out they had an offer on the iPhone 17e ($400 off) and I didn’t need to get the watch at all.
How do I go about reporting this and making sure the employee gets reprimanded
