360 degree aim, excellent bullet speed, a uniquely high 1.5 block muzzle, meaning it can aim over blocks placed directly infront of it, and decent firepower??? In one weapon?? That too with a tiny 2*2 footprint meaning it can be easily stacked??? NOT TO MENTION ITS ONE OF THE CHEAPEST END GAME WEAPONS??? It is the PERFECT all rounder and you can stick it anywhere on a large tech

MONARCH is by far the largest tech I've built, taking me nearly 3 weeks to get to this point including several teardowns to fix balance issues and make aesthetic changes.
MONARCH has an absurd broadside, with 20 Mk3 Battleship cannons on each side, 4 GSO megatons and a bunch of missiles. The front features 10 battleship cannons. along with frontal missile array that help maintain sustained dps while its cannons reload, and help catch nimbler techs. In addition, it has 4 cruise missile arrays all around its roll axis, ensuring one hit kills for anything in front of it.
During testing, i found that explosions hitting the underside hovers easily damaged the internal batteries, and i fixed it by covering up the hover-plates using a layer of Better Future frame blocks. Doing this also let me add a bunch of mortars and GSO megatons to the bottom.
This was also my first real antigrav tech, and I am surprised at how useful antigrav is, using just 3 engines (two apple and one eco), this massive 8 million BB ship can turn insanely quick and hover at a height of 45m, high enough to bypass most terrain. You can even switch control schemes and fly with it like a plane!
For repair; I've made extensive use of overlapped venture and better future repair bubbles in the battery cores, ensuring that as long as I have power, I wont suffer a battery explosion chain reaction that takes me out of a fight.
Managing power for a tech this size is tricky, as kinetic weapons drain extra power from shield generators, repair bubbles have to heal more blocks after explosion damage, and anti-grav engines draw more power for each block. To help manage power consumption, MONARCH has a super simple rear "engine" that scraps carbite blocks and feeds it to 6 GSO mobile furnace gens. The cool part is that once a scrapper "eats" a block, it keeps producing its resource chunks even if you un-anchor, this means you can immediately un-anchor and the scrapper keeps working! using this, I can go from empty to 60-70 percent battery and i don't even need to be anchored the whole time!
This tech is something im super proud of, and if you have any suggestions or questions I would love to hear it!
Hi everyone! CHRYSALIS is the first tech I made since switching from console to PC. Its a heavily armored battlecruiser that lacks broadside weaponry but makes up for it with serious frontal firepower. For its frontal weaponry, it has 8 Hawkeye Mk3 Battle ship cannons, 6 GSO Megatons and 14 Hawkeye Cruise missiles. For keeping its shields and healing up, it has two battery "spines" each with 3 Geocorp Gluon Megabatteries on either side of the tech. It also has 28 Hawkeye batteries fit wherever I could cram them. Despite this, its very survivable and can take a beating after its shields have gone down, and can be annoying to kill due to the many cabs I've hidden inside in different spots. Unfortunately, it suffers from a slow turning speed (for which im working on an antigrav version) and lacks thrust capability (those three on the back are just for show), also has a very low hover-height despite my best efforts. It's also the very first in a small line of hover-ships I'll be making :)
