When I bought my Cross Core I was convinced to upgrade to tubeless. I donated the tires and tubes to a charity and got going. Loved the bike the the tubeless seemed great until... I leave the bike 6 months a year at a beach house. When I got back they had deflated and it required a new tape job, orange slime etc to get it back on the road. It was over $100. I have decided I need to go back to tube tires to prevent this happening again I just paid $65 for new tubes. All good except now i am paranoid about flats . I had all the tubeless plugs and co2 but I have no idea how to ride with tubes. Do you have to ride with a tube and tire tools? I cant use slime since I am stuck with Presta valves. Sorry for the long post.
