The Ork speed freaks flung themselves into action and hit the Assault Intercessors Which eventually lead to the Squad being reduced to 50%. The Assault Intercessors withdraw, The Intercessors lead by a Captain and lieutenant (giving Lethal and Sustained hits) blasted Deff killa Wartrike and his bikers to bits allowing the Spacemarines to move down the flank

Boss Snikrot tried to assassinate the Lieutenant but was mown down by overwatch. The Ballisutus Dreadnaught was taking out Necron targets of opportunity before they left the deployment zone before succumbing to overwhelming return fire from the Necrons.

The orks tried again to assault the Spacemarine lines but were spread too thinly as a result of also charging the Necrons.... the Orks had fun. Even the mighty Wazdakka eventually fell.

The Necron Nightbringer cut was manoeuvring his way to the Spacemarines, the Nightbringer brought down the Brutalis Dreadnaught. In return the Nightbringer fell under a hail of Bolt Rifles having sustained previous damage.

The Spacemarines were then free to sweep up most of the objectives
