Computer crash when playing video games and accessing web browser on second screen

Hello fellow AMD possessor !

Lately I've been having a very annoying problem, and I can't seem to find a solution even when checking online

Computer Type: Desktop

GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor

Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING

BIOS Version: American Megatrends Inc. 2803, 4/27/2022

RAM: 16GB G.Skill DDR4 4000MHz CL18, 2x8GB, SK Hynix

PSU: be quiet! something 700W Gold

Case: Unknown

Operating System & Version: Microsoft Windows 11 Pro, Version 10.0.26200 Build 26200

GPU Drivers: AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 26.5.1

Chipset Drivers: AMD Chipset Software 8.02.18.557

Background Applications: Browser, game, Google Chrome or another browser

Description of Original Problem:

When playing a video game and using Google or a web browser on my second monitor, my first monitor sometimes goes black. The image then comes back, but the computer completely freezes. Keyboard shortcuts do not work, including the shortcut to reset the graphics driver. However, audio keeps playing normally, so it seems like the issue may be mostly visual/display-related.

This does not happen every time, but it happens often enough to be annoying, around once every four Alt-Tabs or monitor switches. When it happens, I have to restart the computer manually by holding the power button.

The issue started suddenly. I did not knowingly change anything before it began.

It can happen even in games that are not demanding, such as Teamfight Tactics / League of Legends.

Troubleshooting:

I tried reinstalling the graphics drivers using DDU in Safe Mode, but the issue still happens.

I also tried disabling hardware/graphics acceleration in my browser. This seems to prevent the issue, but it makes the browser very slow and barely usable, so it is not a real solution.

Thank you for reading all of this

Hello fellow Rustian

I was wondering if there was any well known modpack for playing PVE on Rust
I'm looking at something like, private 2 player server, survival along the line of a 7daysToDie

I like Rust but I don't like doing PvP and the base game PvE is a bit lack luster

Thank you !
