I just purchased a Blue Yeti stereo microphone, with the USB connectivity. It seemed to imply that I should install Logitech's G-hub or Hub-G, so I did that, and it recognized the microphone, and I could record a sample, and play with filters, and that was great, but I had two problems.

First, and more seriously, as I was recording my sample, it would be at a reasonable volume, and then drop down to a lower volume, then pop back up to the original, on about a two-second cycle. That's... sub-optimal. I did a websearch, and the solution to that problem seems to be "uninstall voice." Uh... okay? Help?

Second, how do I get voice to output the processed audio it creates to a recording software? I don't see a way to direct the output... if it's running, is it just becoming the microphone signal, and the recorder will automatically pick it up?

Thanks in advance for any advice or assistance.

I have an x4, which I use to record all my YouTube channel videos. I used to also use it for the audio tracks, recording those separately, and then editing everything together in a post-production software. The quality of the audio used to be fine.

But the last couple of weeks, I shot a new episode after the winter, and... the audio sucked. Nothing in my process had changed. Same headset, same camera, same post-production software... but the Insta360 app I use to edit raw-from-camera footage had updated three or four times during the months my channel was on hiatus for cold weather.

Suddenly, I was hearing all the plosives -- all the Bs, all the Ds, and was hyper aware of the sound of my breathing. In short, the audio quality had taken a nose-dive.

It would be great if, whatever change was made to the audio in the app could be walked back. Thanks.
