Upper - Lower Split (COMPLETE)

Hi fam,

As we were done with the PPL split, here is a Upper Lower split.

I personally designed this keeping my weak muscle groups in mind and feel this should do justice to most of you folks out there!

I perform 1-2 sets of each movement! My sets are either 0-1RIR or 1-2 RIR (Reps in Reserve).
