Looking to sublet my room on Marcella street from July 1-august 31. About a 5 minute walk from jackson square on the orange line. Price is 1440/month. My parking spot in the driveway is 100/month if you want it. The place has 2 bathrooms and a large living room and kitchen. I and my 3 roommates graduated from northeastern university last year. They're extremely nice, easy-going, and cleanly guys who enjoy board games and movies. Not pictured, but the room also has a balcony and large closet. There is also a washer and dryer within the apartment, so free. The room also comes with several dressers. Had to repost because I accidently marked the move in as June 1st rather than July 1st.
