I noticed this yesterday and I honestly forgot abt it till I accidentally scratched it today and it hurt, it’s like a tiny lump and looks like some whiteheads. I work in a kitchen with a hat on every day basically as well as font gym, idk if this is common with a lot of sweat but I mean I did sports so the only thing I could think of.
