Hi everyone,
Tragically, my beloved 12 year old Sony PRS-T2N ereader got water damage and is finally rip after having read hundreds of books on it (quite heartbroken about it tbh).
Now that I have accepted the fate of my ereader, it's time to look for a new one, and there are so many choices! So I'm wondering if I could get advice of what ereader would fit me. First of all, this one lasted me a very long time, so I would like one that could get me a long way again! Next the basics thst I didn't have like waterproof (🥲), a backlight would be very nice and a must are buttons for me, I loved the buttons on my Sony. Also the battery life of my Sony was still about a month, so I would also like to have a device with a good battery life. I don't really like the idea of the android devices that are out there, I don't want access to a lot of apps, I just want to read my books! Nice contrast for reading outside is also good, and I don't care about a color screen, but if it has one it's also fine. Also kindle is a big no for me.
So I've seen a lot about the Kobo libra color, and I'm also wondering about pocketbooks and Tolino readers. What would you recommend, maybe some other brands I've missed? Since I read a lot, I'm not really looking at the prices
