I got this Argentinian generational player thats plays only Wing Midfielder or Wing Forward, but I use an haram ball 5221 with AM’s and with fluid counterattacks, how can I reshape my team in order to get this kid have playing time?

I played fm for a month and in all of my three seasons I lose every game of January, is like players don’t want to play good, I really try to develop a solid bench but I just can’t win in January, is this normal or what?
