Which of your opinions are you most afraid to express in your circle?

Peer pressure is real, also regarding opinions, therefore it is difficult to express views that you know others would be negatively surprised to find out you believe them.

I believe that this whole program aims to reduce birth rates not just by making abortion and contraception accessible), but I can't imagine that this works in Third World countries. But perhaps it will be enough to achieve their goals if birth rates in first-world countries continue to fall, so that living space becomes available there. This sounds harsh, but you never know.

It cannot be denied that there are people who hate transgender people. And this is of course a bad thing, but one can't know whether someone hates transgender people solely based on the statement above. Of course, there are moments when expressing this view is very likely due to hatred. For example, when a student with gender dysphoria is constantly told they are not who they identify with. So it depends on the context. In theory, any word or sentence could be uttered with hatred. If a man who is certain to die of testicular cancer is told, "Testicular cancer is fatal in less than 5% of cases," this sentence is almost certainly motivated by hatred.

Of course, mentally vulnerable people must be protected from bullying and harassment. But it's wrong if such statements in general (on a platform and in real life) can't be made because they might be hurtful to some.

I recommend reading Fahrenheit 451. And I recommend not silencing those who want to engage in dialogue. Most often, it is precisely the lack of open discussion that leads to bullying and harassment. And it is often the lack of discourse with our loved ones us that leads to life decisions that we later regret (of course, it's not always the case that decisions made without discussing them with others are bad).

Edit: I meant: except in exceptional cases. Unfortunately, I can no longer change the title.
