PHlster Enigma

I just cannot get it comfortable no matter what I do. I have tried it high/lower, canted/straight, pillow/no pillow and every other possible permutation I can think of.... nothings works!

Any ideas on what to try?

Brit living in the USA

Moved to the USA in 2018.

The UK sucks.

The USA doesn't.

I now have a CCW and can protect my family.

God bless the USA.

That is all 😊

Customers watching every move

So, I built 3 large Ikea wardrobes and mounted them to the wall for a guy and he literally sat in a chair with his laptop and watched all 5 hours of me working.

Didn't say anything.

Just watched.

My wife said "maybe he wanted a piece of you" lol.

Possible, not probable 🤣

Have you had a similar experience, what happened?

Does it annoy you when customers watch you?

Helping veterans

Just posting as I feel good about this and hoping somebody else will do the same.

Last week I built some furniture for a retired Army Ranger double amputee (legs) and that has some nerve issues that prevents him from using tools easily.

He is only 36 years old and was chatting about his service and throwing banter my way (I am ex Air Force). We were chatting his service his injury, recovery and he eventually said he wishes he could do "simple shit like build furniture".

I replied "I guess the army started hiring pussies".... I know it sounds harsh, but this was the level of banter we had been slinging for 2 hrs by that point 😆

I said "you can always waddle your midget ass over and help me or watch an Air Force guy show you how it's done".

Well.... he did waddle his midget ass over and help. I said he could do the midget height parts and I would do the non-midget.

He actually did a pretty decent job for having some feeling issues with his arm. It took me probably an extra hour, but totally worth it.

He had just moved the day before into his first apartment on his own and I guess it was hitting him hard. Anyway, I did my job, and was about to leave and said I will get my tools in the car and then come back in.

I didn't.

I sent him a text and said it was free therapy for me as it made me feel great bonding with a fellow military vet and shooting the shit and that it was the least I could do to thank him for his service and obvious sacrifice.

So I thought nothing more about it until this morning when I got a text message from him to say thank you.

He said he was going to cancel me the morning I arrived as he was going to kill himself because he realized after his first night he was so alone!

The only reason he didn't is because I gave him shit for being a midget and let him help which made him realize he "wasn't useless" 🤯

I guess the moral of the story is that you never know who you will meet or how you can affect people by just meeting where they are at and being kind 🤷‍♂️

Hi,

I listened to a podcast about HRT and how powerful it is in helping with the chaos of perimenopause. I am trying to find a provider who is North American Menopause Society (NAMS) certified, but would love to get real world feedback as friends have said it can be hit or miss with providers.

I want somebody in Vegas and who has to be NAMS certified as I have heard horror stories of some providers just prescribing without fully understanding the nuances.

So ladies, what are your reviews and real world experiences and actual costs? MUST be NAMS certified
