How would this room work for a non-Batman person?
Like how did Penguin get over there? Boat? I don't see anything that could let him get up to the Iceberg Lounge.

why did arkham knight have a second mask in the first place?
i dont really see much purpose for it. is it a spare mask? even the Militia members didn't know about it
