Hi! I'm looking to sublease my room at knights circle. It's in a co-ed 4x4 (one female roommate, two male). The rent is $870 a month. I'm mostly trying to sublease it for the whole 26-27 year, but if you're interested in also getting subleasing for this summer, it's available, and I'll comp part of the rent (May is paid for, plus I'll pay 300 towards June and July rent).
