Hi there,

We need some repairs done on the window and roof of our property. Because of where these are, for safety and access reasons, the repairmen need access to the next door neighbour's garden to put scaffolding in for a day or two. This is the only way they can get up there to do the job.

We've tried knocking on their door several times but they don't answer. I even tried putting a letter in the letterbox kindly explaining the situation and giving them my number to phone.

Is there anything we can legally do if they continue to ignore us?

Hi there, I'm new to restoration. I used paint stripper and it only got so much off. I tried an electric sander but the vibrations give me a histamine reaction. I'm kind of weak so hand sanding (I tried anywhere between 40-80 grit) is taking way too long and hurting. What are my options here please?

I do not have the option to remove these from the pane for now.
