Did Zaza drown the world?
Since Zaza was revealed, I've been wondering about the possibility that it could have drowned the world.
If I understood right, Zaza is not the onomatopea for simple rain, but for heavy rain. This nuance made me wonder about the extent of Zaza's power.
The Celestial Dragons also seem afraid of rain in a way, since they live at the highest point, above the clouds. It could also mean they want to be the ones above everything too, but I like the idea that they are fleeing rain as much as they can because they're afraid of being drowned. I always thought their bubble looked like diving gear more than anything else. Maybe their bubble is there to prevent them from drowning? We're told it's basically because they don't want to breathe the air of the lower people, but what if its "true" meaning is lost or kept from them since the Void century?
More far fetched but I like the idea : there also were mentions before of a God of the Sea, but not of the Rain I believe. Maybe Zaza's godhood role changed if they drowned the world? If Zaza's rain became most of the sea, it would make sense it would become a God of the Sea after it changed the landscape of the world with its power. Its apocalyptical power could also have lead those who censored the Void century to erase its name and power from public knowledge tho, just like Nika was erased, even tho Elbaf still worships him.
We don't know yet if Joyboy is Nika, or an embodiment of him like Luffy. But what is known is that everybody that knew Joyboy recognize Luffy as him when he's in his Nika form.
That lead me to wonder if Nefertari D Lili was also Zaza or an embodiment of it. Maybe Joyboy's mentioned crime is not only his own, but Lili's (and somehow Zunesha's) too and for some reason they ended up drowning the world?
