HELLO!!! Around 3 years ago, my husband and I had to switch from Verizon to Visible. We were paying SO MUCH MONEY for the both of us to be on a phone plan, where as Visible costs us 70 bucks a month (for both of us). We recently needed to take out a loan for our broken roof, and it turns out Verizon sent my husband to collections when we switched over!?!?!?! Has ANYONE ELSE dealt with this???
