Where can i complain about why the customer service is gaslighting EVERY TIME by giving unrelated response or forcing me to restate the obvious and not resolving the case anyway? They are like just making you turn in circles until you give up!

I have a 150Ah 12.8v lifepo4 battery as backup in case of power outage (rare event) is it true that keeping it topped up is worse for the battery than using the cycles? I heard about constant stress on the cells when charge is always full. I want full capacity in case an outage really occurs though.
