In fact, first camper of any type. Now with a 3 and 5 year old the convenience is paramount. We’re going to a folk music festival for Memorial Day and can’t wait to try it out.

Couple questions though:

- Anyone put more efficient tires on theirs? This is an off road model with knobby tires that we don’t really need. It’s not going anywhere our F-150 isn’t. Furthermore our truck is an EV so anything that increases range is huge (it’s why we chose a pop-up in the first place).

- Awning recommendations? I see a Dometic listed on some sites, but with many complaints. Is it better to get a standalone EZ-up or something or should i get the attachable awning?
