The ASMR scene with the drugs actually took years off my life. I saw some posts by people thinking they were going to hook up and the fact that they didn’t made it feel even more pointless.

Was there a reason for Mark’s short cancer storyline?

I didn’t realize Armond was FIVE YEARS sober, that makes it crazy how hard he fell off the wagon.

Did I miss whether Quinn is diagnosed with anything? It seems like a character attribute but maybe not important enough to say out loud.

Maybe Shane is just oblivious. He seems to think he’s doing Rachel a favor by “providing for her” so she doesn’t have to have a job, and just doesn’t realize that it’s what she is passionate about. Then again, he could just be a jerk.

I know Belinda was on the fence at first when Tanya asked her to dinner, but what made her cave so quickly? She’d had no idea about Tanya funding her business at the time, right?

- I feel like it’s painfully obvious that Lani was pregnant from the first scene we she was in, but somehow I didn’t notice it the first time I watched.

- Shane is a rude, mamma’s boy manchild for sure, but from the interactions he had with a couple other staff members he didn’t seem to have a problem with anyone but Armond from the start.

- When Armond was telling Lani (about Shane) to “treat them like a sensitive child, they want to be the only child” it applied to Shane especially because he probably never had to grow out of actually BEING that only/favorite child.

-I have a lot of respect for Belinda with how she talked to Tanya, because I would not have that patience. If I was her, I’d end up fired.

- I still don’t understand why Liv and Paula were so rude to Rachel when they first met by the pool, and Shane never listens to a WORD Rachel says unless it’s about the hotel room.

- Rachel realizing through this season that Shane thinks of her as a trophy wife is sad to see, and the fact that she went into it truly thinking she found her life partner.

I think my notes on future episodes are better, but let me know what you think!!
