I am planning to start a business.
been here for almost 13 years now.
Have had an amazing experience. But still crave for some food items which are never so good here. I am sure their are pockets of excellence here and there.
But for example - havent had Tibeten or Darjeeling style momo available easily or even Mumbai style Keema Pav.
Already thinking on those lines.
1 or 2 food items only, but i want to go super deep in them.
I am extremely passionate about food, cooking and building strong operational teams.
I can build from scratch and would put in a lot of love and effort, consistently and for the long term.
Tell me which food items are sought after, and you still dont find them or dont find quality in them.

We are seeing crazy levels of growth in Obesity and Diseases. Sedentary lifestyle is the strongest silent killer.
We all know it, but we are not doing anything about it.
Why is that ?
We are deliberately or unconsciously giving too much of time and mind share to these apps !
Are we as a community getting wired to just sit idle and burn our precious time on NetFlix + other OTTs and on TikTok/Instagram.
So maybe the sports retail industry, instead of fighting amongst themselves on gaining marketshare, must fight a unified battle against the OTTs and social media giants !What say ??

I think of Marketing as I’ve super interested in it.
What all can i do ?
Any particular courses, any advice, any learnings to help me.
