Picked up my new Windows 11 laptop yesterday. 🎉🎉 What are your top tips for free apps or software I should get?

My wife hit a post in the supermarket car park. No other cars involved. We need to claim as the passenger door is badly damaged. The thing is she has full no claims but I don’t as I didn’t have a car for a while. Would that raise our premium a lot more if she lost her no claims rather than if I did (I think I just have one year NCB)? Would they investigate who was driving at the time?
