My local pharmacy contracts with DoorDash for prescription delivery. The Dasher seems to have ... stolen it (no, it's not anything "good," lol) and I'm not sure what's possible to do about it? They canceled the order, which I placed on Tuesday afternoon. Yesterday, 24 hours later, I went to pick up the prescription--and the pharmacy said it had been rung out, picked up, and not returned. DD Support told me, "Once the order has been cancelled, we are unable to track the Dasher." Does this mean they cannot contact this person to ask that my prescription be returned to the pharmacy?? What can I even do in this situation--any ideas?
