Trying to dial in the setup of my bike. I am pretty content with saddle setup (height, level, a touch to the front) but the bike/cockpit feels (too) big. Started with a 100mm stem and experimented with 90 and 80mm in both directions. Nothing feels 100% right. Last thing that crossed my mind: should I look for a size 54? I am 1.80m (5ft11) with relatively larger torso than legs. Or is it a matter of getting used to a road bike? I am m51 and just got my bike half a year ago. On 165mm cranks, and short reach (75mm) 38cm bar.
