I usually go for more understated bags, so I didn’t expect this Micro Picotin in Ostrich to stand out to me as much as it did once I had it in hand.
What really impressed me was the overall quality and feel of the leather. Ostrich can sometimes look off, but this one has a much more natural texture and depth in person which gives the bag a refined look.
Because the bag is so compact, small details become much more noticeable, and that’s actually where this piece surprised me most. The overall finishing, structure, and shape all feel very well executed.
I also ended up liking the Micro size more than expected since it adds personality to an outfit very easily while still feeling relaxed and effortless to carry. This feels much more like a genuinely well-made piece than just a trendy mini bag.
Jim honestly did an excellent job, sent PSPs on time and by the way I also posted my PSPs here for extra eyes you guys gave me green signals, I'm very thankful to you & especially for Jim who made my dream bag. I’m very impressed with my little beauty.
First impression is quite positive. The Chai shade looks soft and warm in these photos, giving a nice neutral but slightly rich tone. The ostrich leather texture also looks fine and fairly even from what I can see, which was one of the main things I was checking.
The overall shape looks structured for a Picotin, and the hardware appears clean and well placed. Stitching also seems neat at a glance.
Still going through everything in detail before approving, especially checking symmetry and leather consistency, but so far it looks promising.
Would really appreciate any feedback here before I move forward.
