Hi everyone!
I’ve been looking to move to Chicago from out of state in June, but have been feeling discouraged by the availability within my budget/timeline. I'm slightly weary to sign a lease without visiting the unit, which isn't entirely possible at the moment due to my location.

I’ve decided that I’d rather sign a sublease or Airbnb just to get my bearings and view apartments in a less expedited timeline. Since summer seems to be the peak/most difficult time to find a place, what would be a more ideal time to search? Would September still be too busy? What about October?
