[URGENTLY HIRING] Part-Time Remote Assistant (Weekend Admin)
Hello! I am looking for a weekend admin to be the new addition to our company and handle incoming calls + follow-up emails + administrative tasks.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Customer Support & Sales
• Administrative Support
• Email Management
• Calendar Management
• Light Bookkeeping
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven experience in virtual assistance, customer support, or a similar administrative role.
• Experience in sales is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with experience in calendar management and scheduling.
• Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Familiarity with QuickBooks (optional)
We pay CAD $6.5/hr.
