Seller is refusing to pay for the prepaid shipping label.
Recently I bought a (ready to be shipped) doll on Etsy. The seller took over 2 weeks to drop off the doll at the post office. When I finally receive the package, I notice it was the wrong doll. At this point I no longer wanted to deal with this seller so I requested for a refund. Seller refused and was only willing to do an exchange. I open a case and won it. Seller was forced to refund me and send me a prepaid label. After I shipped the doll back I thought everything was over. But about a month later I receive a letter in the mail from UPS asking me to pay for the prepaid label because UPS was unable to process the enclosed transaction with the bank. I also notice that on the top of this letter it stated that this is the 2nd request letter but this is my first time ever receiving this letter so I am thinking that the first letter must have gone to the seller but the seller just refused to pay for the prepaid label, so now UPS is coming after me. What should I do? UPS says I have 7 days to pay them. I am scared because Etsy has already closed my case in my favor so I can’t even reopen the case. What will UPS do if I just ignore them? They don’t have my bank information because I wasn't the one who bought the prepaid shipping label. But UPS has my address from when I ship out the doll back to the seller. please help.
