Why did Kash Patel suddenly spike in the Trump exit market? He just jumped over 75% and opened a 14-point gap on Tulsi Gabbard

Possible catalyst would be that as Donald Trump fired Pam Bondi on April 2, a Reuters report said discussions are underway about potential exits of more officials, including Kash Patel.

That could explain why Patel suddenly ripped higher than Tulsi Gabbard and others instead of moving with the rest of the board.

What do you think is driving the move?

Ann Pettifor talking about how the AI bubble is going to burst. It’s just the usual cycle of speculative tech promising disruption and then mostly creating new ways to extract money.

Anthropic talking about AI safety while its own Claude code ends up out in the wild and people are debating whether this just handed competitors a free look at years of R&D or if we are casually calling this open source now.

AI documentary out from the creators of Everything Everywhere All At Once...A film about AGI, extinction risk, and humanity’s future that feels like the kind of AI story that sells the myth as much as it questions it.

The AI Doc: Or How I Became an Apocaloptimist comes from the award-winning teams behind Navalny and Everything Everywhere All At Once

Through interviews with major AI leaders and researchers from OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepMind, and Meta, the documentary examines the race to AGI and the enormous stakes around it.

Is AI humanity’s path to medical breakthroughs and life beyond Earth, or the beginning of a disaster we cannot undo?

The Supermicro GPU smuggling ring is the greatest Silicon Valley heist since Theranos.

The Supermicro GPU smuggling ring is the greatest Silicon Valley heist since Theranos.

Forget stealing source code, the real money is in hardware trafficking. Three Supermicro employees just got indicted for a massive $2.5 billion scheme smuggling restricted Nvidia H100s and B200s into China.

The details of this indictment read like a discarded script for Ocean’s Eleven. They were allegedly using dummy cardboard boxes, slapping fake labels on multi-million-dollar AI hardware, and routing it through a shell company. You have to respect the hustle of looking at the geopolitical US-China Chip War and deciding, "Yeah, I can bypass federal export controls with some packing tape and a fake invoice." People are risking 20 years in federal prison not for state secrets, but so some unauthorized server farm can train a slightly better LLM. We have officially reached the cartel era of computing power.
