I’m newer about 3 months mt, working my tail off every chance I get. Leading transactions, answering most of the phone calls. Doing truck. But I’m really struggling with product knowledge and it’s driving me crazy. Having to ask the assistant and the customers are super disrespectful to me. I shake it off. I can answer questions about our normal interior and exterior product line including primer. But the niche knowledge destroys me and it’s making me go insane. Is this normal or am i genuinely just not good at the job lol😂
