Absolute beginner advice

Hi all, 1.5 years postpartum from my second child and haven’t really exercised for 5 years since I had my first. I need to start moving again however my fitness level is effectively 0.

Are there any recommendations for online/youtube classes that cater to a complete beginner? I’ve done 2 Move with Nicole classes so far for beginners, but I found them pretty intense towards the end as I currently have the strength of a wet noodle.

Looking to order a mat, and is it worth getting a ring/ball? Anything else you’d recommend? I’ve looked and all mat classes near me don’t fit in with my work/life schedule currently so will just be doing it from home for now. Should I aim for daily? I’d like to start reformer classes in the future as it does look fun, but I’d like to build up some strength first so I feel more comfortable joining classes.

Sorry for all the questions, but I’ve never been big into fitness and I need a big lifestyle change so thought I’d ask the experts!

Edit: Thank you all for the tips and suggestions. Going to have a good look through them all and hopefully find something that works for me. Really appreciate all the positivity!

Looking for tips because I’ve exhausted my options at this point. My LO has been potty trained consistently without accidents for about a year and a half now. He’s currently 4.5 and starting school in September.

The past 3 weeks we have had multiple episodes of wetting himself. He’s holding off going to the toilet for as long as possible until it starts leaking out and then suddenly he’s rushing to get there but it’s too late.

This kid knows where the toilets are, and has been taking himself with no reminders the past year, he wipes himself and sorts himself out.

This is happening at home and at the childminders (thankfully no accidents at school nursery yet). We’ve tried talking about the importance of going, and he seems to fully understand and same thing happens. I’ve had him to the drs earlier this week just in case there’s a water infection and he’s all fine.

Any advice on what I can try? From Saturday I’m fully committed to setting a timer every hour to force him to go regularly, however tomorrow he’s in school all day so no idea how that will go. Please someone tell me this is a blip and will get better. All advice welcome!
