So, some weeks ago I proposed that our community followed the footsteps of the High Elves' fans who homebrew armies of infamy for Avelorn and Saphrey. The suggestion by u/littlest_dragon was that we should begin with the Eonir of Laurelorn Forest, the most well-known Wood Elf community outside of Athel Loren. To quote him:

>The Eonir are less xenophobic than the Asrai and actually have diplomatic ties with Middenland and Nordland. They are also a bit more urbane than the Elves of Athel Loren with a lot of them living in an old High Elf city and generally sharing a bit more culture with the Asur than the Asrai. Of course the High Elves still look down on them as uncultured country bumpkins

>As for units, it could be a mix of Wood Elf and High Elf units, split between "city" units and "forest" units. Move all Forest spirits to Rare, remove Wild Riders and Sisters of Thorne (they are so closely tied to Orion and Arielle, who reside in Athel Loren and the Eonir don't owe fealty to them) and add new units that are a bit better armored. Like mounted elven nobles with armor, barding, shield and lances.

I think the bolded part is a good start when it comes to army composition (although I'm unsure on what should be the maximum percentage), and we could put a special rule that improves the armor saves for Glade Guard, Glade Riders and Eternal Guard, but by how much.

Without further ado, lets work on the rules! I will be updating this post based on your comments.
