Need a mobile app for a small cleaning company in New Hampshire

hey everyone, looking for some advice before I start calling companies

I run a small cleaning business in New Hampshire. we’ve been around for about 4 years, mostly doing home cleanings, move out cleanings, and a few small office jobs

right now bookings come through phone calls, text messages, Facebook, and a basic form on our site. it works, but clients ask to change times, cleaners need notes, payments get checked manually, and sometimes I’m digging through messages just to confirm one job

I’m thinking about getting a simple mobile app built. nothing huge, just booking, cleaner schedules, job notes, payment status, reminders, and maybe a way for clients to leave special instructions

so I’m looking for a US based company that provides a mobile development service and can help with the first version without making it too complicated

location doesn’t matter much (but New Hampshire is preferred). I do care about fair pricing, normal communication, and a team that won’t disappear after launch

would appreciate hearing from anyone who hired a mobile app team before, what worked, what didn’t, and what you wish you asked at the start

Need a recommendation to get a proper native mobile app built for my shop in Baltimore

hey everyone, I’m looking around before I hire anyone and figured I’d ask here first.

I run a bike repair shop in Baltimore. we’ve been open for about 6 years, and lately more customers keep asking if we have an app for booking repairs, checking service status, and getting reminders

right now everything is calls, texts, paper notes, and a calendar behind the counter. it works, but it gets messy when the week is packed

I’m thinking about getting a native mobile app development team involved, probably for both iOS and Android. nothing huge at first. just booking, customer profiles, repair updates, payment status, and maybe push reminders when a bike is ready

I’d prefer a US based company (preferably Baltimore/Maryland), but city and state don’t matter much. I care more about clear communication, fair pricing, and a team that won’t turn a simple first version into some giant expensive project

for anyone who’s done this before, I’d like to hear what the hiring process was like, what went wrong, and who actually delivered without making it painful as I don't have any experience working with IT teams:)

Probably a basic question, but I’m new to this stuff

I run a small marketing services business in Kansas. Been doing it for about 5 years, mostly through referrals and direct conversations, but a few weeks ago I finally decided I need a real website

Nothing huge or fancy. I need a clean design, a simple list of services, a way for clients to pay, and some kind of support center or contact area. Basically something that makes the business look legit online and doesn’t feel like it was built in 2009.

So I’m looking for a US based company that provides web design services and can handle both the design and frontend side. Kansas would be nice, just because it feels easier to deal with someone closer, but I’m open to any state if they’re reliable.

This is my first time with a software or web development, so I’m not totally sure what to watch out for. If you’ve worked with a good team, or had a bad experience and learned something from it, I’d really appreciate the advice

Mostly looking for honest recommendations, not sales pitches
