my game combat how to improve it more ?

this is my solo dev game ...

What do you think, guys?
Any ideas?

  • I’m thinking about adding better wounds and destructible zombies.
  • I fixed the ragdolls. They now use real velocity, so they are much faster and feel better, but I haven’t had time to make a new video yet. I’m fixing a few bugs right now.

You can play it yourself in the playtest and cheat in all the items — maybe you can tell me what you think. You can kick zombies through fences, pick up crates and throw them, impale enemies, and stuff like that.

screenshots from my solo dev game travelers

Been grinding hard on my solo dev game Travelers and wanted to share a few new screenshots from the latest update.

It’s a medieval open-world co-op game where I’m slowly adding more reactive sandbox systems — stuff like kicking zombies through fences, throwable crates, ragdolls, and physics chaos.

Not perfect yet, but every update makes it feel a bit more like the game I always wanted to build.

What do you think so far? you can playtest and please give me all the hate so i can make it better :D https://store.steampowered.com/app/4274030/Travelers/

Arrow/Rope Climbing Travelers

I’m a solo dev and somehow thought building a co-op medieval open world game was a good idea

Anyway, here’s the rope arrow climbing system I added to Travelers.

You shoot a rope, climb it, and use it to reach places the normal way probably wasn’t meant to reach. That’s kind of the point. But i Ask the othe devs maybe you have Good ideas what can i do to make it look nicer

ahhh and btw wishlist helps a lot and playtest is free and will be live to release of the demo

I’m working on a third-person co-op melee game and recently tested combat with friends.

I’m mainly looking for feedback on gameplay readability:

- Are the attacks and hit reactions clear enough?

- Does the combat look too chaotic in multiplayer?

- Is the camera distance working for this kind of melee gameplay?

-what did you think about the look ?

-and how to make my steampage better ?
