Anyone struggle to know which diaper will be the nighttime diaper?

I have a 7 week old who luckily is doing 6-7 hour sleep stretches. The problem I am having is I never know when she will finally go down for the night and am terrified to wake her if she is finally down, so if it’s not a nighttime diaper when we finally get her to sleep, I don’t feel like I can really change it. She is a very loud pooper, so I can put a nighttime diaper on too early and hear her poop 10 mins later and have to change it, or I can think there is no way she will be out for the night and then oops she goes down early and we are kinda stuck! Anyone dealt with this or have advice?

So 2 weeks post partum and my pregnant cousin in her 2nd trimester said to me she was struggling to sleep during her pregnancy and couldn’t wait until newborn tired because it’s supposed to be easier than pregnancy tired. I didn’t have the heart to tell her that during my induction, urgent c-section, recovery, I was in the hospital 5 days and didn’t sleep for 5 days. By the 6 day when I was released, I had actually started to lose my mind from sleep deprivation. I am breastfeeding so when I finally started sleeping, I still had to wake up to feed or pump every 2-3 hours. I had to triple feed at one point. But somehow social media tells people newborn tired is easier… is it just me or is this debate kind of bonkers?

ETA: Ok clearly the debate isn’t bonkers! Sounds like it’s just my circumstance!!
