Hi everyone, I posted here a few days ago about this gap I noticed in my 2024 D-28 at the neck joint and got mixed answers. Thought I’d include some more photos this time. I recently had it setup at a local great luthier that I feel like would’ve noticed this or said something about it if it were a concern. I bought this second hand about two months ago and the previous owner lived in the south but brought it to the DMV area.
The guitar plays and sounds great, the action is comfortable and pretty low and there’s a good amount of saddle left as pictured. Just looking for anymore insight possibly. The piece of paper stuck under is as far as it will go in.
