Locked out of Anthropic Console in a magic-link loop. No human support path?
I’m getting pretty frustrated with this.
I’m trying to log in to the Anthropic Console, but I’m stuck in an endless
loop: I enter my email, get the login link, click it, and then it fails
instead of logging me in.I already tried the obvious stuff:a clean/vanilla browser
no extensions, same device that worked.
multiple attemptsI also tried the support chatbot, but it didn’t help at all.What
makes this extra maddening is that I can’t find a real human support
path for non-corporate users. So I’m basically locked out and being told
to use systems that don’t solve the problem.Has anyone here run into this exact issue and actually managed to get it fixed?
And is there any real way to reach a human at Anthropic if you’re not on an enterprise plan?
