The blare, a creature of chaos
The blare is a neutral mini boss that spawns in the end, it slides fast across the islands and it has the ability to build temporary bridges out of a type of crumbling endstone.
It also has the ability to swap positions with a random enderman in it's surroundings, during battle this may cause the player to accidentally hit the enderman they swapped with and enrage them too.
When defeated, it might drop blare rods, which can be turned into blare charges that can be thrown and swap your position with any mob or player that it lands close to. (very original, I know)
The blare rods can also be held in your offhand to make any blocks you place temporary, as they will break and come back to your hotbar after a few seconds.
