Room available: Coolidge corner. looking for 2 roommates Aug1st move in, need confirmation by May 15th
Hello,
I am looking for roommates to fill 2 rooms in a 3 bedroom apartment in Coolidge Corner, Brookline.
We are very close to Trader Joe’s, stop and shop, as well as the Route 66 bus and green line C stop.
Rent will be $1466.66 per person and utilities average to 100-150 per month.
I would like to renew as the area is nice and convenient. The landlord would like confirmation of renewal by May 15th and I unfortunately cannot afford to not have roommates at this location.
Currently Bedroom 3 and 1 are open.

I would prefer people who are clean and [relatively] quiet as I spend most of my time studying
