How is it determined which Island get the passive trade?
Is it always the first Island in a region that get the most trade?

These are the things that seem a bit random to me.

Which island is choosed to be the most passive trade island, both selling and buying
When Do they start selling higher items, like concrete through passive trade.
Do I need to use the island (see point 1) as the mercury Island to make use of that patron god?
