USB rechargeable AA (maybe also AAA) batteries, which brand(s) should I go for?

Been cleaning my house recently and I rediscovered my stash of rechargeable AA batteries and wall charger. I had bought these many years ago (some of the batteries many, MANY years ago), but to my surprise they all still hold a reasonable charge except for two of them (they get uncomfortably hot when charging and the multimeter shows minuscule voltages, prob. dead as a doornail?).

That being said, I've heard about these newer rechargeable batteries with USB ports built into them, which in this day and age are far more convenient to recharge with more commonplace phone chargers than lugging around a bulky wall wart station that requires an even number of batteries in order to recharge anything at all.

Unfortunately, none of the stores in my area sell them (because of course they wouldn't, it'd be too convenient to sell them in the stores instead of online and have you wait forever for shipping), and while looking around online on Amazon and other places I find a metric crapton of options to choose from, with brand names I've never heard of before, and the positive/negative user reviews about the performance, reliability, and longevity of some of them averaging out to 'who the hell knows, it's basically quantum physics'.

So, I would like to know what you guys would suggest I get for USB rechargeable AA batteries, AAA too if also possible? ^(I'd also ask about USB rechargeable AAAA batteries for my Bamboo Ink, but given their skinny size compared to AAA I'm guessing the answer's 'no')
