Vestiaire damaged my item
I shipped an hoodie I sold it did not get past authentication (I did not know it was not authentic) when they got it so it got shipped back it was damaged
Support are denying compensation for it even tho they’ve agreed that the item was delivered as described and when shipped it was damaged
Anything I can do? I have proof of opening the package I have pictures of the back before and after
They keep telling me “we are sorry for the inconvenience” but I’ve love a couple thousand Danish krones on this
