I believe in his fight with Imu luffy will push himself harder than he ever did while in g5.

But something inside of him will break as he begins to change form as Imu begins to panick.

Luffy will become nika not just the nika user.

Back in his fight with kaido when he was analysing Luffy he asked him who he was to which Luffy says he’s Luffy.

Kaido seemed pleased by this answer.

Implying it might be a case Luffy would not be him anymore.

Oda also stated zoan users can lose themselves to the fruit’s will like the jailer beast guards.

This I think will happen where nika is unleashed and similar to how houses and trees began to sing upon Imu arrival.

We will see giants begin to laugh uncontrollably like users who ate a smile fruit.

This won’t save the day fully it will push Imu back but will backfire as now the straw hats have to stop luffy who is becoming to chaotic causing damages to both sides

It’s noted that Imu weapon acts a lot like a climatac.

So I had 2 ideas.

I think Nami gets an upgrade climatac by having Zeus consume one of the “eggs” Imu shoots out fusing him with this demonic energy allowing Nami to tap into a similar power as Imu. Of course still nothing compared to Imu but still a much needed power up.

Now franky just for a power up from Lilith but I think he can go even beyond.

The power source behind Imu is called maki which means demon energy.

If Lilith’s ODC can convert energy into a cola drink to power franky could it do the same to Imu maki absorbing it and turning it into a power source for franky increasing his power.

It’s also noted Imu shares some similarities to robin demon form. If Imu can use maki because of his demon form perhaps robin can as well.

We saw gunko when controlled by Imu pulled out a book. If they can steal it from him I can see robin taking it to use its spells for herself.

Anyone notice Imu has a tendency to cut off limbs ?

He blew off dory arm with a sawed off shotgun

He diced gerd fingers off

He sliced streusen leg.

Now I very much doubt he will do permanent damage to the straw hats due to plot armour.

But in the drafts for nami she did have a cyborg arm
