Why does Figma keep downloading itself to my desktop?

I never installed Figma and it just keeps reappearing on my desktop screen when I log in even when I delete it. I believe it might be from my high school but I never allowed my school to download anything on my computer so I just want to know how this is happening and how I can permanently delete it when I finish high school in June.

Which asus zephyrus will fit my needs better?

I’m trying to decide between the G14 and the G16 to buy for mechanical engineering in college. I will also be gaming a lot on these computers so I’m taking that into account as well. I want the laptop to have a good battery life so I won’t have to worry about charging it during classes. I heard the intel core ultra 9 on the G16 isn’t great and the AMD Ryzen HX 370 is better. However the specific build of the G16 looks enticing with 5080 and 64 GB of ram.

G14:

G16:

I’m also a little concerned about the G14 reviews on the asus website so I will consider buying it somewhere else

Which engineering laptop should I buy for college?

Currently I have a ASUS TUF A16 with AMD Ryzen 7 7735 HS 16GB Ram 8GB graphics card and 477 GB of storage. I liked the laptop but it is structure is breaking very easily (especially the touchpad) and it preformed well for its price range but I need something way better for both engineering work and gaming since I'll be doing both on the same laptop.

I understand I might not find something that satisfies all of these bullet points for what I want in a laptop:

  • Under $3K
  • I want the laptop to be relatively slim and lightweight
  • Excel in engineering and gaming (high fps and good graphics)
  • laptop does NOT stand out in the classroom (no crazy leds or graphics on the computer)
  • relates to the bullet point above but I want it to cool well so it is not loud in the classroom
  • Has a decent battery life so I can use it for multiple classes if I cant find a outlet
  • I want the laptop to have 32-64 GB Ram and 2 TB of storage

The college I am going to recommends 32 GB Ram, 1 TB storage, and Intel Core i7 / AMD Ryzen 9
