My baby wanna eat hot and spicy

Ok honest question.

All my life I preferred hot and spicy foods. It's genetic, literally my father is like the same (I learned about it years later, I never knew my father for years). I even gone to hot pepper eating contest and I became 4th out of 11 men (I was the only woman in the contest). Which wasn't an easy contest like we were eating the world's hottest peppers like Carolina Reaper etc.

Eating spicy is my normality. My family is saying it started when I was 2 after I ate a hot pepper and they couldn't take it away from me. I was also eating crazy hot stuff when I was pregnant.

Sooooo, I have a 12 months old and last week I wanted to make her try the sauce of the food that I was eating. It was crazy hot. I just let her lick just like a little and I was expecting she's gonna cry literally but she get so hyped and wanted more. And I gave two more lick. After I stopped, she started to cry. I thought that she hurt but nopeeeee she was crying because she wanted more! I am telling you it was SO HOT! She was trying to grab more and was frustrated because I didn't let!

My question is: I wanna give some hot things to her sometimes to times a little but I'm afraid if it would hurt her belly? Like scientifically perspective?

URGENT: We desperately need medication! My mother suffered a brain hemorrhage and underwent surgery. She has been discharged from the hospital, but she urgently needs Nimatop 30 mg (a medication to prevent vasospasm), which she must take continuously.

We have checked many pharmacies in Varna, but no one has it. This medication is critical — without it, she risks vasospasm and possible paralysis.

We need to find it within the next 30 minutes. Please, if anyone has information or knows someone at a pharmacy, please ask. I’m begging for help — this is extremely urgent!

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some medical insight regarding my mother’s recent aneurysm and treatment.

* **Date of hemorrhage:** April 25

* **Location:** Basilar artery (subarachnoid hemorrhage due to aneurysm)

* **Procedure:** Endovascular coiling on April 27

* She is currently **post-op day 7**

Her current condition:

* Conscious, fully awake

* Speaking normally

* No obvious neurological deficits

* Blood pressure is now controlled (she had long-term untreated hypertension before)

What concerns me:

* They did **one Doppler ultrasound the day after surgery**, but **none since then**

* No regular vascular monitoring (as far as I know)

* Yesterday she experienced a **very severe headache**, similar to the initial rupture

* She described it as unbearable and even said she cried from the intensity

* I contacted the doctor, but they only gave **painkillers**, no imaging or Doppler was done

* Now they are planning to **discharge her tomorrow (post-op day 8)**

My questions:

  1. Is it normal not to perform regular Doppler monitoring during days 5–7, which I understand is peak vasospasm risk?

  2. Should severe headache like this have triggered further imaging (CT/MRI) or vascular checks?

  3. Is it safe to discharge a patient this early without confirming absence of vasospasm?

  4. Would you consider getting a second opinion before discharge?

I would really appreciate any professional or experienced input. I’m trying to understand if this management is standard or if I should push for further evaluation before she leaves the hospital.

Thank you.

(I had to use AI to write all this because I couldn't explain better, English is not my first language, sorry.)
