Hi All,

I live in Midwest. Currently we own rav4 and we also own 2010 prius which is starting to give some issues. We drive CX5 to commute daily for work. We drive 30 miles a day for work (60 in total per day).

I found 2023 model 3 for $28K with 5k miles. How do I justify if I am making good decision by spending that much money. We earn reasonably well (around $250k annually). We do have 8 car payments left on rav4 and have mortgage left to pay around 230K.

I have this sudden urge of getting EV. I am not sure why, but I cannot justify spending that much. As a second vehicle, I was going to replace prius with another used vehicle for $15k.

Any suggestions are helpful
